Nova Patti Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using any part of the Nova Patti platform — including the website, mobile app, sports betting section, live casino, fish games or any other feature — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

These terms apply to all users of Nova Patti regardless of how they access the platform. The terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Nova Patti.

2 Eligibility

To register and use Nova Patti, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or older. Nova Patti does not permit anyone under 18 to register, deposit funds or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• You must be the account holder and the beneficial owner of the payment method used to deposit funds.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or organisation.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor or close family member of a Nova Patti employee.

By registering, you declare that all of the above conditions are met and that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements will result in permanent account closure.

3 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one registered account on Nova Patti. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, valid email address and phone number. This information is used to verify your identity and process payments. Nova Patti is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information provided at registration.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — username and password — secure and confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately so we can take steps to protect your account.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Do not log in from shared or public devices without logging out afterwards.
• Enable any two-factor authentication options available in your account settings.
• Report suspicious activity on your account to support without delay.

Nova Patti may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or when unusual account activity is detected. You may be asked to submit a copy of a valid identity document and proof of your payment method. Account verification is a standard security procedure and is not a reason for concern.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on Nova Patti are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is shown in the Deposit section of your account.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are credited to your Nova Patti balance once the transaction has been confirmed by the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited within one to two minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the processing times of your bank.

• Only deposit funds that belong to you. Using payment methods belonging to a third party is not permitted.
• Nova Patti does not charge a fee for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with them directly.
• If a deposit fails to appear in your account within a reasonable time, contact our support team with the transaction reference number and we will investigate.
• Nova Patti reserves the right to return a deposit if we are unable to verify its source.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted from your account at any time, subject to verification requirements and any applicable bonus wagering conditions. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to your registered payment method. We aim to process approved withdrawal requests promptly once account verification is complete.

Nova Patti may request identity documents before processing a withdrawal, especially for first-time withdrawals or large amounts. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is required to protect both the player and the platform.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown in your account.
• Any funds credited through bonus schemes are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 7 for full bonus terms.
• Nova Patti is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank or payment provider once the withdrawal has been approved on our side.
• Repeated withdrawal requests that are cancelled before processing may trigger a review of your account.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Nova Patti are subject to the specific rules of the market and sport involved. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of each bet type before placing a wager. Bets are confirmed once accepted by the system — you will see a confirmation on screen and in your bet history.

Nova Patti reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed using incorrect odds caused by a technical error or data feed failure.
• The event is abandoned, postponed or the result is rendered void by the relevant sporting authority.
• Evidence of match-fixing or irregular activity affecting the outcome is identified by the sport's governing body.
• A bet was placed in error due to a system malfunction and no genuine market existed at the time.

Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the markets being open at the time of placement. Once a market is closed during play, no further bets will be accepted for that event. Odds for live markets fluctuate continuously and the price shown at the time of confirmation is the price applied to your bet.

Accumulator bets combine multiple selections and all legs must win for the bet to pay out. If one selection is voided, the accumulator continues with the remaining legs at adjusted odds. If a selection in an accumulator is suspended at the time of placement, that bet may be rejected in full or re-offered at revised odds .

Cricket betting on Nova Patti covers domestic and international matches including PSL, T20 internationals and Test cricket. Specific cricket betting rules — including rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method outcomes and player availability changes — are applied in accordance with the rules displayed for each market at the time of betting.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

Nova Patti offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms which are published alongside each offer. Players are responsible for reading the specific terms of any bonus before opting in.

General bonus rules that apply across all Nova Patti promotions include:

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated in the individual promotion) must be turned over in eligible bets before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Only bets placed on eligible markets — as stated in each promotion's terms — contribute to wagering requirements. Voided or refunded bets do not count towards wagering.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that remain unwagered after the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically.
• Nova Patti reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in before a change is announced will be treated fairly and the original terms will be honoured where reasonably possible.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or any other activity deemed to be exploiting promotional terms — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

8 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Nova Patti. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment details, or misrepresenting your identity in any way.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account to exploit bonuses, circumvent limits or avoid account restrictions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes, particularly in live casino or poker-style games.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, macros or any automated software to place bets, claim bonuses or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Arbitrage Abuse: Systematic exploitation of price differences across markets in a manner that is inconsistent with genuine recreational betting.
• Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions with your bank or payment provider after placing bets. Initiating a chargeback on a valid deposit will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• Money Laundering: Using Nova Patti accounts to deposit, cycle and withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Nova Patti reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time when requested.
• Account inactivity for an extended period — accounts with zero balance that have been dormant for 12 months or more may be closed after prior notification.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, prohibited behaviour or security concerns.
• The player requests self-exclusion through our Responsible Gaming tools.

If your account is closed for a reason other than a breach on your part, any verified remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after relevant checks are completed. If your account is closed due to a breach, Nova Patti reserves the right to withhold funds pending the outcome of any investigation.

You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, we encourage you to use the self-exclusion tools in your account settings, which take effect immediately.

10 Privacy and Data
